**New Coaches/New Athletic Directors: Membership Dues Dates and Mandatory Meeting Dates**
In order for any school to be in good standing with YDSSCA, a school must be represented at 2 of 3 YDSSCA coaches meetings per year and pay membership dues on time.
If your school is in the process of getting a new coach(es) or a new Athletic Director, please know that your school must still be represented at 2 of 3 meetings AND pay dues on time in order to be in good standing with the association.
Membership dues deadline is July 29th for all schools. Missing the membership due date and/or coaches meetings will directly affect a school's ability to receive athletic/academic local, state and national awards. In addition, not being in good standing with YDSSCA will directly affect a school's ability to participate in the Annual YDSSCA Senior Showcase and Annual YDSSCA Scholarship process.

Next Meeting
- Due to leagues/conferences holding mandatory meetings on March 18th, we are moving our YDSSCA Coaches Meeting. Our meeting will be to Monday March 25th, 2019.
(- Our July Meeting will be July 29th. Membership dues will be due at this meeting. We will be doing online membership this year as we did last year.)
- Both the March and July meetings will be at SOI in the evening.

- The OSSCA website is up an running for the 2019 season.
- As you develop your 2019 schedule, please begin entering them on the OSSCA website.
2019 Banquet Dates
- Next Year's Banquet will be at Mt. Carmel in Youngstown.
- The Boys Banquet will be on Wednesday, November 20th, 2019
- The Girls Banquet will be on Thursday, November 21st, 2019
